No importa cuántas veces hayas caído.
When I Thought I Couldn’t Get Back Up
I went through some of the most difficult moments of my life—a serious illness, a painful separation, and seasons when it felt like everything was falling apart at once.
There were days when I could no longer recognize my own strength. On the outside, I kept going, but inside I was exhausted, wounded, and wondering how much more I could endure. I reached a point where I truly felt I didn’t have the strength to continue.
But today, when I look back, I understand something: being strong does not mean never falling. Sometimes, being strong means getting back up, even with tears in your eyes.
Life taught me that some experiences change us forever. Pain may leave scars, but it can also teach us to value our lives, our peace, and our dignity in a completely different way.
And during those moments when I thought I was completely alone, my faith in God became the small thread I held onto. I didn’t have all the answers, but I kept moving forward.
Today, I can say that I survived seasons I once thought would destroy me. And if I have learned anything, it is this: as long as there is life, there is still a possibility to begin again.
No matter how many times you have fallen. Sometimes, the beginning of a new life is born precisely in the moment when you thought everything was over.
