the fight against human trafficking and help create a safer future for all.

Throughout the evening, attendees heard powerful and heartfelt testimonies, including survivor leader Jessika Malone, whose story highlighted the realities of human trafficking while offering a message of resilience, healing, and hope. Gabriel Contreras shared eye-opening statistics, legal insights, and practical information to help the community recognize the warning signs of exploitation and better protect our youth. Liz Medina also provided valuable guidance on prevention and practical ways families and communities can safeguard children from trafficking.

 

More than just a fundraiser, the evening served as a call to action. Guests left with a deeper understanding of human trafficking, greater awareness of how to recognize and prevent it, and tangible ways to become part of the solution. Together, we raised critical funds to support survivor-led education, prevention initiatives, and outreach efforts while strengthening our commitment to building safer, more informed, and more compassionate communities.
