A DARK NIGHT
Pain consumes us more at night.
When silence arrives, everything we managed to hold together during the day begins to feel heavier. The mind remembers, the heart questions, and the soul faces battles no one else can see.
There are nights when we are not looking for answers. We simply want the pain to stop.
Yet even there, in that place where we feel our strength running out, something within us continues to hold on.
Perhaps that is what hope truly is—not always feeling strong, not having all the answers, but still being here after the nights we thought we would never survive.
Some nights do not come to teach us a lesson.
Some simply reveal how much our soul has endured—and how, despite it all, we are still standing.
