FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE

There are stories we would have never chosen to live through. Stories that arrive without warning, shake an entire family, and forever change the way we see life.

My story taught me that being strong does not mean never crying or never being afraid. It means continuing to move forward even when, deep inside, you feel like you have nothing left.

I learned that rescue is not always the end of the story. Many times, it is only the beginning of another battle: healing the wounds, rebuilding trust, restoring the family, and learning how to live again.

I also came to understand something that has now become part of my purpose: behind every person going through a difficult situation, there is a story we may know nothing about. That is why, before we judge, we must learn to listen, support, and educate ourselves.

Today, I do not share my story to remain in the pain of what we endured. I share it because somewhere, another mother, another father, or a young person may need to know that hope still exists.

What once tried to destroy us has now become a reason to raise our voices.

And for as long as God allows me to continue this journey, I will use my story to prevent, educate, and remind other families to never stop fighting for those they love.

My past is part of my story, but my purpose is writing my future.
